transferred to CSC in october and just now got an RFE on feb. 2nd, but at least things are moving in some direction :wacko: ... hope everyone else is going quick

Well maybe that's good news. Maybe they were double checking in order to issue the Green Card and just need something and it'll be done. It would have been nice though to get it earlier.

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.

I feel your pain! We just got issued our second RFE (the first one was from MSC). You'd think they would have told us what they were missing way back in October with the first one.

I hope it all goes smoothly! Don't forget delivery confirmation.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.
