I do realize I do ask many questions here and I am aware some of the questions I do ask have been asked before. But, when I do look up those questions and answers, I would noticed that most of the question were asked years ago. So I like to be current.

My question:

After getting my Fiancee is approved for the Visa, how much time will she have to move to the USA?

They are not going to have to get on the plane after the interview?

Thank y'all

You have 6 months validity starting from the medical exam date till she steps on US soil that the Visa is good.

not 100% true. Some K1 filers have had 3 months to go to the US. It generally is 6 months, but to be sure, the visa expires based on the date you see on the actual visa.

After the interview it can take up to two weeks before the visa is issued, after that it can take up to 10 days for delivery. Nope the visa is not handed out at the interview. ;)

Wow.

Visas are not pre-printed. They are printed in the passport AFTER issuance. Validity date is printed on the visa. If you did not deal with a TB issue IGNORE the 3 month comments.
