What was the reason of denial? You have to overcome this first before decided whether refile for I-129F or go for CR-1 route.

i think the support thing i didnt have enough support

Well, if affidavit support is the problem, you have to make sure your petitioner makes enough money or find co-sponsor if the US embassy in Morocco allowed it. If you can't overcome this, no matter route you would choose, it would be ended up just like this.

K1 is the fiance visa, to get married in the USA. It takes 7-9 months to process, but is more expensive and you cannot work right away in the USA.

CR-1 is the spousal visa, you need to get married first. It takes just over a year to process, but you can work and travel right away, and it is cheaper. Some embassies also only allow co-sponsors for the spousal visa and not the fiance one.
