Me and my (soon to be) fiancee are going to be starting our visa application soon, though I have some doubts about our living plans.

She is about to finish her 3rd year of college, and then she will be going on to University in Utah. We are planning on living in the family dorms at her university until I am able to get a job and help support us. I'm fully Starbucks trained and currently work for the company now, so I don't imagine that getting a job in that sort of environment would be too difficult.

The big problem that I see right now though is that when we file for the K-1 visa, she will still be living with her parents in Las Vegas. Will it be a big problem that she isn't living in Utah yet? She would be moving around July/August time ready for when she starts University in September, however we are planning on starting the visa application pretty much as soon as she heads home after this visit (Saturday 17th).

I live in England so I will be applying at the embassy in London.

Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Should be no problem. She should use her current mailing address on the I-129f so that she gets the NOAs in the mail. At Qu. 28 she can put "to be determined" if she is not sure of the address where she and you will be moving to, or she can fill it in if she does now.

No problem, you just adjust the address once you have one.,
