Hello,

Our I-130 got approved on December 9th 2014 and we received the NOA2 (hard copy) via mail on December 28th.

NVC haven't received my case yet. I called USCIS and they said that they already shipped it (i don't really trust the customer representative even though he was a tier-2 supervisor).

I called NVC most recently an hour ago and they said that they haven't received it yet.

Should i worry?

I would be really thankful if you could share your experience with NVC with me.

Thanks.

~~moved to NVC from IR1/CR1 process and procedures~~

It can take up to 8 weeks for the NVC to receive a file from the USCIS. If the tier 2 says they've shipped it already, give it another week or two to arrive and be cataloged in at the NVC.
