Hi All,

My USC husband will be starting the process of filing for the I-130 for me, however he is low on funds right now.

Questions:

How can I make the I-130 payment from Jamaica.

Where should we send the I-130 Package, if he is filing from New Jersey.

Why dont you just send him the money via western union?

yes you can send him the money thru western union. Also if he lives in New Jersey he will send it to the Chicago lockbox here is a link to the I-130 instructions the complete address is in there
