I am sorry for bombarding you all with questions. I have looked over the guide throroughly, and am just asking little questions:

1.) For some of the forms, I shrunk them down to 90% to fit the page better (including the G325A and the I-129F) This was to not hole punch any information at the top (using ACCO fasteners). Is this OKAY? All information is very legible.

2.) For our conversations on Skype community forums, Skype chat, WhatsApp, etc, can I translate from Spanish to English? I am not a certified translator, but I do have my degree as a licensed Spanish teacher in North Carolina haha.

3.) I have read that most agents now seem to prefer printed color pictures with captions on a normal sheet of paper as opposed to physical copies with information on the back (pictures for evidence of having met / ongoing relationship) Is it okay for me to have these printed on paper instead of printed from Walgreens then attaching them? I currently have a PDF file with very legible photos of my lady and me, her and my family, etc., each with captions of the date, location, and what we were doing.

THANK YOU! This page is absolutely wonderful. I try to not ask questions unless I can't find the answers through other posts / guides. You guys are incredible!

Thanks so much,

Daniel

It states when you are filing in the forms online not to re format.I do not know if that will be a problem or not. yes pictures you can do either way I sent some that I copy off my computer on to plain paper. I also sent in some I printed from my camera on photo paper. I do not know about translation, since it is only secondary evidence it seem like it will be ok maybe you could send some in English and Spanish to help show that you can communicate with each other very well .

As far as hole punching you could just use paper clips small ones to keep items separate and then big ones to group items that is what I did

Thanks everyone.

My main concern now is the shrinking of some forms to 90% (this was done to avoid the whole punches from getting in the way). My fiancée was here until yesterday... :( so she signed the copies that I had shrunk down. I didn't change the aspect ratio what so ever...I think this should be fine, as everything is perfectly legible.

Never have shrunk any of my forms/applications/documents/etc. that I have sent into USCIS, never had the need. Never had any problems with hole punches, etc., or rejection by USCIS as a result of hole punches.

I figured if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Keep it simple....

YMMV.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

The only thing is that the signed copies I have from her are shrunk down. It almost isn't noticeable. I realize no one can give me a definitive answer, but I am going to send it like this. I'm sure they'll let me know if it's not okay...
