Is it necessary for me to file out the section on the forms about " the person who prrepared this application, if other than the appllicant" if I am just doing the typing of the enries on the computer for my wife's AOS if she is there with me? If so, do I just leave blank the about business/organization name?

They are interested in knowing if a agency or company did it for her. If not leave it blank.
