As long as it is less than 6 months old USEM doesn't have issues.

Hi Risa,

Thank's for reply.

According to some posts the embassy would want it as new as possible... like less than 6 months or so....

So you should be okay..

Hi

Thank's for reply.

NSO told me that it should be valid.

I would suggest having your fiance write a letter explaining he was a full time student until last year. Then along with the I-134 have a letter from his employer stating he is an full time employee and his gross yearly income. And if he has his current (2014) W-2 a copy of that. Hopefully, as long as his current gross income exceeds the requirements all will be fine.

Hi Hank,

Is Employment certicate will do? His annual income is written on there. We just printed it out as it is downloadable via his company website. Does the employment certificate needs to be signed by his supervisor? Or not necessarily?

Many companies are using the online certificate, that should be adequate as the company won't give you anything else.
