either of thise printed on the NBI = "no criminal record" or "no pending case" requires a letter from NBI, pretty simple. Anything else printed on there the embassy doesn't care.. ;)

yes but why will you need a letter if you have No crimnal record that what confuse me my wife has no record she is not a crimnal

NO CRIMINAL RECORD must be printed on the NBI to require a letter, not just an opinion... ;)

Just want to share my experience last monday..After agonizing almost 11 hours processing. Literally 8am to 7pm.. "With hit"

And almost everyone else on that time got the green "with hit" prompt.

i will need to go back monday. To get my clearance. It can be sooner "if the price is right"

Btw, according to them.. They are carefully doing background check on people whose purpose is "abroad"

I think its bs. Since they should have to do background check on everyone that is applying for the clearance.

My asawa got a name hit for her NBI, had to come back a week later.

Yes, I learn the hard way. Read the instructions very carefully word for word.

My wife was only mad at me for a day, for not believing her.
