"Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between March 7, 2015 and April 12, 2015*.

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline."

This is what I'm reading now......VJ is going crazy ....so far from the actual. ...

There are not enough recent approvals in the timeline system to accurately approximate when your I-130 will be approved. Please see the Timeline Stats page to see recent approvals.

This is what I've been reading for the last 4 Weeks now...My guess is, that my petition will be approved until end of July/early August. Let's stay positive and everything will be fine :P

:/

That doesn't sound too good. Well my SO should call or contact the uscis but he isn't in the states atm. Means I have no idea if he can contact them...But we're still within the 5 months time frame. If we don't get our NOA2 by the end of May we have to contact them, I guess.

Yap u r8. ... I'm also waiting for the end of may......that will be the time my 5 months over. .... just 20 days....

Hello everyone,

I've just joined, found this to be the right along with my time line.

We filed I-130 January have priority date of Jan 26, 2015

Received hard copy of receipt and case number.

As of today 5/8/15, still waiting for the 5 months timeline to expire for approval notice.

My file is in Texas Service Center. My husband is immigrating here from Canada, as far as I know NVC in Montreal will be receiving our file once approved.

I look forward to sharing my journey with you all.
