K1 Fiance visa process with a child - what forms?

Hi VisaJourney folks! Thank you SO MUCH for being here!! Quick question: I am a foreign national, my fiance is American - I have a child (not his). Re the forms - do we need an additional application document (other than the I-I29F?)? I may be cynical, but I can't believe it's only one form for both of us??? Many thanks in advance for all your time and kindness.... :reading:

K1 allows for a deriviative - meaning you can use 1 petition for multiple people. Each person will need their own visa application too.
