Hello evryone here in vj! I have a question about sending the copies of the 129f to the beneficiary. IS IT OK to scan all the papers that were sent? so that the petitioner doesn't need to mail them to philippines including the documents that are needed by the beneficiary from the petitioner to be taken during the interview

Our case is now at nvc and we are already given a new case number. Please Help!

Thank you guys.

Yes a copy is fine. After all the origial was mailed to USCIS anyway right?

They just suggest sending a copy of the I-129f to the beneficiary so that they can look over all the info u sent in. I doubt the embassy will ask for it...they should already have it in the file sent from NVC.

Best of Luck!

A copy of the I-129F packet is not needed. All you need for the embassy interview at USEM is listed in the embassy instructions. In addition, I would bring some proof of relationship like photos, chat logs, emails, etc.

Yes is it fine to scan a copy of the I-129F and email it to your fiancee, just not sure why .... it is not needed for the embassy interview. Only documents needed for the interview are listed in the embassy instructions letter. And the I-129F is NOT there. ;)

If you have your case number it is ROCK n ROLL time.

Follow the flashing arrow below for details on the process in Manila.

Thank you Lionessdeon and Ilovemyman for the replies :)

Yes we sent originals to uscis.

Thanks alot!

If you sent the I-134 to USCIS it was a waste of paper. You still need to send an original I-134 to the embassy along with copies of your most recent tax return and W-2.
