Sending additional documents to islamabad embassay

hi

i had my interview and i was given 221g paper to submit documents of a joint sponsor.

i would be very thankful if anyone could guide me with process of sending documents to islamabad embassay.

can the person from usa send the documents to the embassay directly or they should send it to me so dat i could go to usa embassay islamabad approved courier services and send from there to embassay but this will be lil more time consuming.

any advice?
