Hi! In the Uscis Elis the status of my immigrant card says " CARD PRODUCED" it has been like that since 2 weeks ago and I haven't receive my card yet. What does that mean? How do I know that they already mailed it? Is there any number I can call to see the progress of it?

You may need to call to confirm they have the correct address. It should have only take you 2-4 days to get the card.

what's the status in CRIS on the IOE number?
