What household size should be seen by k-1 petitioner that whether she meets the criteria of above the poverty level or not ? Should it be 2 or it should involve the Parents and adult brothers who are earning their own .

Yes. If she has no dependents, then it is just the two of you that will be counted for her household size.

Is employment proof of petitioner is necessary to send or only I-134 and tax returns of petitioner ?
