What household size should be seen by k-1 petitioner that whether she meets the criteria of above the poverty level or not ? Should it be 2 or it should involve the Parents and adult brothers who are earning their own .

Your household size includes yourself and the following individuals, no matter where they live: any spouse, any dependent children under the age of 21, any other dependents listed on your most recent Federal income tax return, all persons being sponsored in this affidavit of support, and any immigrants previously sponsored with a Form I-864 or Form I-864 EZ

Thanx .. In my Fiance(petitioner) income tax there is no dependent so to she see whether she meets the criteria she will see the size of 2 i.e including me ?

Yes. If she has no dependents, then it is just the two of you that will be counted for her household size.

Yes. If she has no dependents, then it is just the two of you that will be counted for her household size.

Should the cover letter be attached with the documents in the packet 3.5 of k1 visa or any other documents should be sended other then required ?
