Hi!

Mine, I just dated it the day I signed it. So my fiance' letter of intent and G325 were dated 14 days later than mine, as it took 12 days for him to get my package.

This checklist helped us a lot:

Don't forget you also need to send your fiance a US Visa sized photo (similar to a passport photo) of yourself as well :)

I signed my forms the day I mailed them to the US and then they took about a week to get there so it didn't cause any problems. Good luck!

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Libya
Timeline

I wrote one letter of intent, using "we" and stating both our names. I sent it to him to sign electronically. He printed, signed it, scanned it, and sent it back. Then I printed it and signed it. This worked for me. I didn't see anything about both needing to be originals, that would be impossible to mail a letter from Libya to the US right now.

The date, I set one date on all paper work whether I actually signed it on that date or not. I think I sent it about a week after the date I had on all the paperwork.

We sent US Visa size with no issues. But yes I stand corrected the instructions state "passport style".
