My prayers are always with everyone who is waiting , this is such a nerve wrecking experience. I pray we all be reunited with our loved ones and this torture of a journey be over

I will beleive it when i see issued im still so scared to get too excited.

same here......scared of many things......even if i get visa i will be scared until I reach USA safely.....because I have seen few cases in embassy did mistakes like some time issue visa with wrong information, some time after every thing done they put back on AP,

But rest assured all that bad will not happened in your husband case inshaa Allah.

It took 4 years for my husband to get his visa and after he arrived in America for a long time I was afraid the government would find a reason to make him go back to Pakistan. The embassy had put us through a lot of trauma and expense. Finally one day I relaxed and realized he was here with me for good.

I had Interview today and all went well but at the end of the interview he CO ask me have you ever been in US i said yes then he ask have you ever applied for the extension or adjustment of status I told him no but I applied for change of status then he handed over my all my orignal documents and said we I have seen all your orignal document and medical all is good and then he handed over me a letter stating " you visa has been denied under immigration act and it was checked that "Further Administrative processing is required". CO also hold my passport and tell me call us with in 4 to 6 weeks to check the status of your case.

I don't know what is this a denial letter and he also hold my passport and telling me to follow up the case.

any Idea please I was already in AP in 2007 and got visa after 22 month in 2009.

There was no reason they would send him back to Pakistan. It was just from being afraid for no reason. I couldn't believe he was finally in the USA with me.

If they have not asked to provide anything else, then you have to wait because your case is in administrative processing and you cannot do anything but wait to see what happens. they embassy will contact you if they need anything.

I don't know why they hand over me letter written on it denied. I spent approximately 2 years in USA from 2009 to 2011 and some of my friend in US told me that only they need to get my finger print to check any criminal record and maybe because I was ask to give finger prints two times first at the time of photograph submission and last in interview the CO also took my finger prints but only four fingers of both hand.

They give this letter to everyone , it is just a temporary refusal until they finish work on your case, you just have to wait.
