I'm about to send my I-751 package in two weeks but i keep gathering and thinking what else do we have to send as of now i had

· Cover letter

· Form I-751

· Copy of green card front and back

· Copy of our birth certificate

· Copy of our Marriage Certificate

· Copy of our joint tax returns for 2012 & 2013

· Copy of updated AAA life insurance showing wife as beneficiary and daughter as contingent beneficiary

· Copy of updated NEA accidental death & dismemberment plan insurance showing wife as beneficiary and daughter as contingent beneficiary

· Copy of health insurance card

· Copies of our two cars showing joint ownership, Nissan XX & Nissan XX

· Copies of our two cars registration Nissan XX & Nissan XX

· Copies of joint utility bills PG&E energy statement

· Copy of debit card & void check showing same number from Bank 1 XXX

· Copies of joint bank statement from Bank1 XX

· Copy of debit card & void check showing same number from Bank 2 XXX

· Copies of joint bank statement from Bank 2 XXX

· Copy of joint credit card from Bank of America

· Copy of joint credit card from MACY’S

· Copies of our paycheck showing same address

· Copy of driver license, drivers permit and identification card showing same address

· Copies of wife medical record

· Copy of our daughter Birth Certificate and Medical Record

· Pictures spanning the entire time from our wedding and until present time

· Copies of hotel reservation and itineraries vacation

· Sworn statement from family and friend

· A signed affidavit from both of us detailing our married life to date & Magazine showing same address

Should i send more or is these enough?

Your list looks good. Make sure your taxes submitted are tax transcripts not returns. You can download them from the IRS website. Also you should do more than one bank statement, maybe one every quarter or so (4 per year). Good luck!

Day 139 - 17 September 2012 Interview & APPROVED on the Spot!! :)
Day 145 - 23 September 2012 Received Green Card!

ROC - Eligible June 19 2014

Day 0 - 18 June 2014 Mailed ROC package via 2 day priority

Day 42 - 29 July 2014 Approval and Card Production Email

Day 49 - 5 August 2014 Received Green Card

Your list looks good. Make sure your taxes submitted are tax transcripts not returns. You can download them from the IRS website. Also you should do more than one bank statement, maybe one every quarter or so (4 per year). Good luck!

i don't know what is that but i remember sending same tax return when we filed CR-1 visa before and they don't ask about IRS? but i look our tax and it has 1040 form.

Oh you forget very important thing! The filing/processing fee. :)

No lease or proof of joint ownership of real estate?

we had lease but im not sure if we should send this too because me as conditional residence my name is not on the lease, they don't allow cause i only make $500 a month as a part time. but my name is on the page where it said only occupied by this name my name and my husband.

There's a high chance you will get an RFE if you just send the 1040. It must be the transcripts. They need proof the returns were filed.

i hope not..maybe we will go to our tax organizer and get IRS, i look online but it need password or something to download IRs
