Hi,

first of all as a code of conduct I have to apologize to the admin if I am posting in the wrong place

and now :ot2: .

I have my I-130 approved and it is in the NVC now, I have a job offer in the states and the employer wants to file for H1B on my behalf, would that even be possible? "I really dont think so but just asking"

another question, my case number was assigned on Nov 12th, 2014, when do you think my case would be done in NVC if we respond and answer in a timely manner.

thank you!

Sure it is possible, but doesn't make a lot of sense - if they're not quota exempt, earliest they can submit H-1B petition is April 1st 2015, earliest you will be able to get H-1B is October 1st 2015 - by that time you likely will be permanent resident out of your spousal petition and do not care about H-1B at all.
