Hey everyone! My husband's brother just turned 22 and currently my hubby is waiting on his AOS. Is it possible to get his brother to come here under him and I being the petitioner? Any help would be nice.

Do you mean temporarily or permanently?

Siblings can only be sponsored by US citizens, and as it's 4th preference, the wait is over a decade.

You can't petition in laws neither your husband can since he will be LPR after AoS only USC can petition sibling and the wait is surely over decade long as mentioned

He will have to wait till he becomes USC.
