huh?

you've a 90 window in which to pitch this submittal into USCIS.

A Window.

;look at your green card expiration date - subtract 90 days from there, use a calendar,

draw lines from that 90 day mark to the expiration date

and

you can apply anytime within those drawn lines, on that calendar. anytime !

query: is 77 days within the window? [i know the answer, i want you to tell it to me]

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hi,

You don't have to send the package exactly 90 days before the GC expires. As long as you send it within the 90 day period you are fine. According to your timeline you are well within the 90 days since your conditional GC expires in February.

This does not constitute legal advice.

Anytime within the 90 days BEFORE it expires is fine. It isn't that you MUST send it in on day 90! So you are ok sending it now.

Relax! ?
