Good day Vj'ers, dont know what i would do without you.

I have a question and I need help.

We applied for the K1 Visa. My fiancee (petitioner), has a job but does not earn enough to sponsor me. So her Dad wants to sponsor us.

Does this mean she doesnt have to fill the Affidavit of support form?

or does she still have to fill one by herself? and have her dad fill another one

(2 affidavit of support forms)?

I am confused. Help!

Thanks for your help.

Yes both cosponsor and sponsor have to submit support affidavits even if sponsor does not have enough income.
