Hi everyone! I would like to ask does anyone know what to put on the delivery address if I prefer to pick up my visa at 2GO branch? On the form that i filled out, it doesn't have an option for that. Does anyone know what to put in there? Thank you so much! :)

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I filled up my address but as I dropped the slip to the 2Go staff, I asked if I can have it pick up at MOA. She rolled her eyes and said, you should have put Pick-up at MoA while she's writing it on the slip. In my mind, Duh, I didnt know thats why im asking. I just smiled and said thank you.

ya they tend to be grumpy at the last window a times. They should be happy, they have a job that pays way above average for the Philippines. ;)

Hi! Thanks. Oh, okay. So maybe I'll just do that too? I'll just put in there my home address and then call them to have it changed to be picked up or inform them after my interview. Our home address is really not clear, because our house doesn't have a number. The delivery people usually have hard time finding it. it's important and I dont want to risk it. I can't finish my registration online because I can't figure out what to put in there. So, when I come to my interview, I'll have the chance to confirm with them if it is to be delivered or picked up, right?

I'm sorry about your experience with the 2GO personnel, she might be having a bad day hehe, or bored sitting there. What's important is you have been approved :) Thank you!

Our case says "Ready" but my fiance still haven't received the NVC letter of case number. It's one of the requirements for medical exam in SLEC. :( When are they going to send it, are they even going to send that? :(

Hi guys! I figured it out finally! I just entered my home address there, and then on the next page it asked me again for the delivery, it gave me an option to pick it up at 2GO SM MOA. So.. Yey! :) One problem down, now I have couple of problems. I didn't receive the confirmation page of my DS-160 form, I sent it multiple times , but I still didn't get it. Another thing is I can't download the confirmation page of my interview appointment :(

Did you get the case number over the phone or by email? Did you schedule your interview? SLEC messed up the wording on their website with their latest website update, it should read OR. Embassy website states one OR the other.

If you have copies of your interview confirmation page/email use that and just be insistent with the guard.

Hi! We got our case number over the phone. Yes, I did schedule my interview online. It will be on December 1. I have the copy of my interview confirmation page. We didn't get anything from the NVC. I'm hoping they will let me, I am going there either tomorrow or Thursday. :(

Guard gives you any flack, reference the Embassy website, telling him THE EMBASSY states only one or the other is required, and if he has issue with that he can contact the U.S. Embassy ;) :

What should I bring to my medical examination?

  • Appointment letter sent by the National Visa Center or an e-mail confirmation from the Visa Information and Appointment Service.
  • Appropriate medical examination fee.
  • Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Three color pictures (2 inches x 2 inches) with a white background(two are for the visa and one is for the medical report).

Haha! I guess I should bring the list of the requirements that I downloaded from the embassy website to show them. Anyway, I took a screenshot of our case that says "Ready", it has the MNL case # on that page., I hope they'll recognize that and accept it, and let me in.. err.

Oh thank you so much for posting the requirements. We appreciate that a lot. :)

I'm thinking the fee ($240) will be paid in pesos in the prevailing exchange rate, I hope it goes down on Thursday haha. (I think this is the first time I hoped for that) haha. Thank you so much Hank! :)

$245.00 = Php 11,025.00 Yes paid in Pesos

haha, thanks Hank! I realized after I posted that they use a standard exchange rate of 45php and not the actual one which varies from 44. something something that changes everyday. haha. so it really doesn't matter whether the rate goes down or up. :/
