I have my n400 interview , pass English and civic test , officer said she need to review the file , two months now and still no decision , I'm already out of thier processing time , I did inquiry online and they send me email saying

Your application is still pending consideration and is assigned to an officer to make a determination

Was there anything in your application that may have caused an issue? Previous arrest, deportation, long trips abroad, etc?

No , nothin at all , my case is marriage based , officer said she will review my file and if she need any thing I will no within month , they updated the case for request of evidence , I received no letter , I contact them they said they don't need any evidence , and that update was mistake , now it's over two month and still waiting , last time I did contact them , they said case is pending consideration and it assigned to officer to make decision , so I don't know what goin on , my interview was less than 15 minutes , no issue at all

It's possible that they are just reviewing your case further since you are applying based on the 3 year rule. They do give these cases a more thorough analysis than those based on the 5 year rule.

It doesn't necessarily mean there is anything wrong with your application though. If it is past processing time and you should have received the oath ceremony letter, you can schedule an info pass to see what is going on. That's about the best I can think of, since they didn't tell you that anything was wrong. Keep in mind that it can sometimes take a few months after the interview to receive the oath letter.

Ok, then yes if they told you 120 days then don't worry about it at this point especially if they haven't sent you an RFE. If the 120 days are up then you can begin worrying. Did you have to drive 5 hours for your interview? That's awful. :o

I see. Well hopefully they will contact you soon and then you can finally be done with USCIS once and for all.
