Need help with filling papers for AOS

Hi, me and my US boyfriend just recently got married and now we r trying to figure out all the AOS process.

I have some questions about filling out the forms.

I came in US as a J1 Trainee, but my DS2019 expired on Nov 1st, so what is my current status for I-485? Am I in J1 status as long as it's still a grace period or should I write "Out of status" or "J1 Overstay"?

And should I write anything in Part 3 C or just leave it empty?

May 5, 2020 Filed N-400 online 

May 6, 2020 NOA was sent to me. Estimated case completion time December 2020 (7 months)

May 11, 2020 A hard copy of NOA was received

December 22, 2020 Biometric reuse notice was issued

December 31, 2020 A hard copy of the biometric reuse notice was received

February 4, 2021 Received an update online that the interview is scheduled for March 16th

February 8, 2021 A hard copy of the interview letter was received

March 16, 2021 The interview was completed successfully 

March186 2021 The Oath Ceremony and the end of my immigration journey 😊

August 13, 2018 Brother-in-law went to our old residence to pick up a card from the current residents August 16, 2018 Card was mailed to me 

August 18, 2018 10-year Green Card received

I would check box "h" and state you are married to a USC and arrived on a J1 visa that expired Nov 1 and complete part 3 with the visa information. You are out of status as of Nov 1st, but it will be forgiven as you are married to a USC. I would include proof that your spouse is a USC--i.e. BC or copy of passport--and you will need your BC and translation if not in English. Always write N/A if it does not apply. The USCIS does not like spaces to be left blank as they do not know if you missed entering information or it does not apply.

So I'll write Out of status in my current status, but are you sure that I should check box "H" and not the"A" one? I am so confuse right now :(
