Well, things are moving..albeit ever so slowly I'm sure. Got my NOA1 text and email today around 4:00PM.

Couple of quick questions:

What type of visa is this going to be for my step daughter? IR2?

Does the visajourney robot give you an estimate for how long it's going to take? I created another profile to add a new timeline.

Thanks in advance!!

What did you file for your step Daughter? Did you go the K-2 route as it shows you as K-1 filing? this will help with the estimates.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

Can't file K2. Her mother is already here. We had to go the I-130 route.

Ok So a few questions :)

How long have you been married to the Mom? If less that 2 years daughter will get a conditional card,or CR2. the time is basically the same as far as stats of the CR1/IR1 as they fall in the same category. Did you the US citizen file for the child?

Good Luck to you hope your daughter will be here soon :)
