Good morning!

My husband just fedexd his police certificate to me. I noticed a line on there that says "applicants signature". This may seem like a silly question, but I'm a wreck with making sure everything is perfect before sending in any information to NVC. Was he supposed to sign it?

I'm confused - I'm sending my certificate to the sponsor to put together to send the files to NVC. Do I have to sign it from now? Or do I sign it when I go for the interview at the embassy here in Jamaica?
