Hi, we got our noa1 on October 10 and alien reg number was changed on October 17, and were checking our case and no changes has been made yet since then. I've people who got their approval like 13 days, 17 days after they got their noa1. My fiancée and I are starting to worry if it's a bad sign for us, r we gonna get an rfe or are we gonna be denied. Can u give us an update on how fast Ur case is being processed October filers. Thank u!

I wouldn't worry too much. You have two things working in your favour. Applications involving the Philippines are expedited compared to other countries, and the fact you will be placed with the California Service Center -- all mean that you will be most likely processed very soon. Some seem to be a little faster than others, but not to worry.

Thanks guys were just sooooo nervous, I know u understand were we coming from. I'm jealous of those couples whoe gets approved after couple weeks of filing
