Hi,

I'm somewhat lost on what to do now, I asked around and got some answers, but I'd like to double check.

Here's what happened:

My boyfriend, that I 2 and half years ago, just went to his country(brazil) because his grandpa died..

Now a month later he tried to apply for a visa to return, but he been banned for 10 years for overstaying his old visa. He'd been in here for about 10years

Is there anything I can do? I found you guys because someone mentioned fiancé visa, and after few hours of searching the internet, I arrived here.

Will filling that I129f be of any help?

do you want to get married? it would be better if you marry him instead of a fiancé visa. he will be denied and have to file the i601 waiver and you send a hardship letter.

your extreme hardships will have to show how the separation will affect you if he cannot come to the US, and what reasons do you have that you cannot move to Brazil

Good morning, I'd love to marry him, I know he does too.. its just we didn't do mostly because of financial reasons, and he want me to have a great wedding, but if that would help us be together again, I don't care.
