You should be able to check the status on the USCIS website, by typing in the receipt number. Maybe the receipt number was typed incorrectly.

Same thing happened to me. It took 2 months for ours to show up.

I just sent ours in on October 27th 2014, got text an email was accepted on October 30th 2014. LIN number does not work at USICS web site. My waiver was I601 just for overstay nothing else.

I will try.The Nebraska service center seems to be running slow.My I 130 took 10 months to get approved from NVC.I checked the processing times and it sais they are working on April 2nd so hopefully soon.This process is so time consuming.I am praying it will be over soon to this long journey.

Read the small print...it says " as of August 31" its now November 1st.

I will be filling an I-601a after I get my I-130 approved , I also overstayed my visa, may I ask what kind of visa you overstayed?

Hi everyone, my I601A was approved on Nov 17.Took 7 months including a rfe.Almost there now to the last step and getting ready for interview in juarez.Good luck to everyone and patience.

Thank you.Just general asking for information already submitted. My lawyer said sometimes they do this to put some cases on the back burner when they are backlogged.I submitted my waiver on April 8.
