Guys I payed the aos and the iv fee before the raise. So now that I have an interview date December 29, do I have to pay the difference?

hi everyone, add me also ! husband is Palestinian and will be using the Jerusalem consulate, good luck for my husband on getting a permission to cross from the West bank into Jerusalem, Israelis are giving a really hard time even if you have an appointment

does the priority date make any difference in getting the appointment? because my priority date is 7/26/2012, my case has been going on forever I never thought I would get to this point!!!

I'm gonna call Monday am and see if hubby's interview has been assigned for Jerusalem yet.

Its all about slots and availability. Israel usually doesn't have much of a wait but it changes month to month. PD not so much unless there are more people than slots for that months scheduling. Just have to wait. I know most the embassies started Wednesday and Thursday for December.

Make sure you get verification from NVC you truly have case compete. Don;t rely on that N/A you need to hear them say it. The CC letter comes 1 week later (usually).

Finally, My wife got the interview date (December 28th 2014). She would like to complete the medical examination in advance (one or two weeks before the date of interview). The question that I have,

How many days in advance that medical examination can be completed?

She has to go to US. embassy in Abu Dhabi, UAE for her interview. I appreciate If someone can assist me for this issue.

She can do it anytime she wants. She just prints off the interview letter takes her 5 passport pics to medical.

yea, i have photocopies of all the documents we submitted to the nvc and the i-130 petition too!

You have to realize this is the interview. No time to submit new evidence. Bring what you have if they ask you have. But no need to be printing off mountains of paper they do not have time to go through all that. They have already poured through the evidence you submitted.

Are you saying you submitted nothing? You have 5 to 20 minutes at interview. So just go with what you have. And hold on.

Does anyone know how long is Santo Domingo is taking to provide interview dates.

This is one busy embassy usually 30 to 60 days. Just hang in there.
