Are you applying under a 3-year rule or a 5-year rule? If you applied under a 3-year rule, don't forget to bring your spouse with you.

Also could you provide the date you filed and/or biometrics date?

Seriously? USC spouse needs to come along if applying under the 3-year rule?

My friend was having a hard time in Chatsworth office, when she showed up without her husband. Her interview letter didn't say that husband needs to come, so she went there alone. Edited by Diazy

My friend was having a hard time in Chatsworth office, when she showed up without her husband. Her interview letter didn't say that husband needs to come, so she went there alone.

That's very odd. In the overwhelming majority of cases reported on here, people either didn't take their spouses with them, or if they did, the interviewer either never asked about the spouse's presence or didn't let them into the interview room.

Must be a local office thing or, more likely, an unnecessarily annoying interviewer.

applying for 3yr rule. Interview will be dec 2 in the morning.... i really have to bring her with me? i've read that it is not really need.

It's up to you. You might be fine without you wife's presence or you might be having a hard time since she is not present.

As I was saying my friend had an interview at Chatsworth a year ago. The interviewer said that since she applied under a 3-year rule her husband should be present. I don't know if the interviewer was too strict or that is the local office's policy. I'm also not sure if an interviewer wanted to deny her or give her a letter for a second interview. But she was able to convince the interviewer with her and husband's message/call history (they text a lot!) and a bunch of pictures from her phone.
