I-864 for you

I-864 for your dad

(I-864A for your dad's spouse if they work and file taxes jointly)

Tax transcripts for your dad

Proof of current income for your dad (and spouse if they work and are filing I-864a)

Photocopy Proof of USC or LPR status for your dad. (biodata page of his passport, birth certificate etc..

WOW. LPR gave you everything that you will need. You should be all set. Ta. Transcripts for past 3 years would be ideal. Good luck.
