I got the checklist 2 days ago for ds-260 because of small mistake about date of birth, and I already sumitted but this morning I checked online and see that AOS change from paid to N/A. Does it mean my dad case got complete even I haven't got anything email yet, my mom case already complete on Oct 28.

It's very likely ! Call NVC and ask, it's also likely that you'll be able to show the corrected DS-260 at your interview...make sure to ask while on the phone with NVC :) congrats !

I called this morning and both my parent cases completed, so only 2 days of checklist yayyy

Awesome sauce!! I know they've started scheduling December interviews this week, Hopefully you'll get one ! :idea:

Hi Guys, I have a question regarding I864.

I am confused on part 3 #2a.

I am petitioning my mom and dad. should I add my mothers name on Part 3 #2a as a family member for my dad's I864 form? and vice versa for my mom's form?

also I received request for docs, I don't have police report of my parents, are those can be to follow or should I send it to nvc also?
