That depends on why you are given the 221g... what aspect of the visa process do you think you'll have trouble with?

I think everything is fine... but I'm confused about aka names on NBI...A friend here told me I don't need to add aka since I have never been married prior to my present marriage. But if I decide to put my maiden name on aka field, do you think NBI would allow that?

Do I also have to obtain a CENOMAR? WHat about CEMAR, do I have to get that too?

Thanks for your help!

A better way to approach your upcoming interview is simply having all the documentation and requirements listed in the embassy instructions... then there is no 221g to deal with. ;)

instructions letter: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3224.html

I think everything is fine... but I'm confused about aka names on NBI...A friend here told me I don't need to add aka since I have never been married prior to my present marriage. But if I decide to put my maiden name on aka field, do you think NBI would allow that?

Reading the embassy instructions letter you will see that with the NBI the embassy requires an AKA for all names used, maiden name is a name used.

As for the CENOMAR, you will request it from NSO but being you are married they will issue the CEMAR.
