On the completion of 60 days, they gave us a checklist. When we submit the documents will it again take 60 days for them to review it? Im really annoyed with this waiting?

Unfortunately, yes. What documents exactly are missing? I was in the exact same boat as you because of a long version of my birth certificate and once I received the checklist that stated it would take 60 days to review the documents that needed to be submitted, I felt quite discouraged. A few days later I received a letter stating that the case was complete and that they'll let me now once they've scheduled an interview. Since I was confused about that I called NVC and they told me to take the missing documents with me to Embassy and present them the day of the interview.

The first two have already been submitted in the initial days of our application. Why submit again?

I cannot tell you about the last two unfortunately but the first is something I was way too familiar with. After filing it twice they still told us there was a mistake in the document and that it had to be redone. Only this time they told the petitioner to send it to the beneficiary to present the day of the interview. Your best bet would be calling NVC and asking just what was wrong with the documents they sent in. Perhaps there was a mistake in one of them.
