Stuck in London in administrative processing

I applied for my US H1B visa in london on Sept 29th. I have been living (currently with my husband) in NY under an L2 visa. I've received numerous US visas before, F1, B1, L2 with no issue. My company, a bank thats based in the UK sent me to the london consulate to apply for my H1b visa. I attended the interview on Sept 29th, received an email which I unfortunately missed on Sept 30 and then subsequently one on the 9th of october asking me my travel history for the last 15 years, my work history, my previous passports etc.

Now its Oct 27th and I will have been in london for 1 day shy of a month. Given my history of receiving an L2 as recently as January, this is completely new and monumentally stressful for me. Has anyone faced these similar questions? And how long after receiving them did you get your visa. I am not sure if this is because I've applied for my visa in a third country? my previous visas were all applied for in my home country (bangladesh) or country of residence (singapore)

Any advice will be appreciated.

I am not to sure anything i can say will help because for a start I would not have thought London would have interviewed for a non Immigrant visa.

Certainly I have heard of cases being stuck in AP in similar cases to yours.
