I'm in the us and trying to contact the embassy in manilia the number I have is +63 632 301 2000 only one time have I been able to get through and it just rang for ten minutes no one ever picked up please help me to know how to contact the by phone cause this is getting expensive

I'm here in the Philippines and I've been trying to call the embassy but it says that their representatives are all busy. So I can't get an answer..

Their US based number is a better bet, as well as calling secondary direct dial numbers to Manila.

I found, though, that the people who answer the phones there are typically low end employees who don't have the info you are looking for. Better off with email. Even though it takes them 7 to 10 days to answer it, it is usually answered by someone with the correct info.
