Did they issue a Fatwa?

Now that would be more provoking, if'n each Imam in the area actually issued a FATWA against ISIS.

They aren't doing it in the name of a large group of people. They are doing it in the name of their own sick ideas. If they were doing it in the name of all Muslims, all Muslims would be over there
