Everytime I check the status, it still says:

Acceptance

On March 4, 2014, your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Your case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283

Why is this taking so long? Any ideas please?!?!?!? Why hasn't it changed? Has anyone had this happen to them or am I the only one? If anyone can give me any feedback or some type of response what should I be expecting next or what I can do or what you did to make things go faster in anyway?!??!?

Thank you!

Did you happen to get a "Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case" letter from them? We started our AOS in early Dec 2013. We received that Interview Waiver letter in March. Received the green card Aug 14, 2014 with no interview. So our AOS took 8 months from start to finish. Had friends that were a month behind us in everything; their's also took 8 months. If you didn't receive a that Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case letter yet, then you will probably have an interview. Going by VJ posts, most folks that have interviews complete the process a bit faster than those that did not have interviews. Hope this helps. Good luck. Hang in there and keep the faith.
