I have a pending green card interview scheduling my wife started a physical fight wiz me and before that i got scared of her coz of the drug problems mainly maurijuana which i found in the house with a scale which i saw her weighing it. I shared the information eiz another friend and told me to either move away be4 the goverment takes my kids or i tell the police. I went to the police and made some notes but when she currently become physical i filed for a restraint order which means she will not go. How do i go abt this? She made numerous death threats and all are written down plus pics of drugs and weighing scale.

I had not filed for my children yet, should i file for VAWA and also file for there green card application? Is it free for all ( green card and i-360)?

Secondly i had my green card application in a different state how i have it changed to my current state cozi cant live near her family coz they are bad people. Lastly we have not been sharing money but we applied for reduced lunch for kids and even on school records for all kids.

Advice pliz guys
