Paid K1 visa application fee online, but can't register interview date

My fiance received his interview letter via email from the Jamaican Embassy in Kingston. His interview is Friday, today I paid the application fees online, but it will not allow me to register his appt date. It only lists dates that are available for interviews. I have confirmation of the payment, and I was able to register him with DHL. At this point I am wondering if this will cause confusion for us on Friday. What do you all think? Has this happened to anyone else?

You cannot pay for K-1 visa prior to interview, you can only pay at interview, that's why it won't let you enter the information.

It can be paid online, the process for K1 visa in Kingston has changed. This process gives the option to pay online or in person. Also, this info was listed in his packet that came from the embassy and I specifically paid for the K1 visa as it now costs $ 265 us a piece. I was assuming it would not allow the info to be entered because the date for his interview appt is filled.

Yes,I did. Dont worry we went to the interview on the date given in the packet and were approved. Just keep the confirmation of the payment for proof when you go.

Thank you very much for your answer!

I tried to call and the Lady told me to send an email. I did it and now I am waiting for an answer (they said between 3 and 4 days).

Did you take the embassy letter (the one with your date) as your convocation?
