Hi everyone, this is a question for my AOS form i-864

My husband gave me his Tax return Transcripts 2011, 2012 and 2013 and he told me we don't need his W-2 because that is only with form 1040 individual tax return.

That is true ?

Correct. We sent tax returns, no w2.

The information from the w2 is replicated in the tax returns anyway, no?
