L1 Visa Questions

Hello Everyone!

I'm applying to L1 visa but I got two questions.

1. My lawyer said we need a lease contract of U.S company but we are a tech company and we use co-working spaces instead a private office.

2. How much money we need to have in U.S company bank account ?

Can anyone help me ?

My lawyer said he doesn't know exactly amount we need and he never apply a L1 visa using co-working as lease space

So this is a L¹ startup. The initial visa is usually not the issue. Renewal is another matter.

Me? K1 but I know people on L1.

I assume you are a small company as you are here asking.

From what I have seen and obviously that is both limited and focuses on problems, the major ones seem at renewal. For a start up you do not seem to need much, well you would not have anything but a solid business plan, at renewal they will want to see that you have the employees premises etc.

I'm doing our business plan with a specialist company.. my worry is about initial investment on U.S company... I'm planning invest $50k, but my lawyer thinks it's little bit..

It is the totality that matters. I remember a Lawyer mentioning a very small investment that sailed through but it was to a service a massive contract.
