I entered the US with my K1 visa and got married already. Now I am preparing documents with my husband for my green card application.

We found on USCIS official website that G-1145 Form has expired, but there is no update of this form. Can we still use this expired form?

Yes. The expiration date is the date by which it must be reviewed by the OMB. All government forms go through required periodic reviews and are either continued or revised. Use it until the review process is complete. If a new version comes out, it will be posted as the latest version.

The expiration date of the form doesn't matter. What matters is the edition date, and in the case of the G-1145 previous editions are accepted.

Edition Date

02/28/13. Previous editions accepted.

Yes, you can still use the form.
