My USC wife applied for USC son social security number while visiting america. She provided her america address to be deliver. She has to come back Pakistan, in the mean time social security number not arrived at home. later my father in law visited their office to get SSN but they say we give only to mother in person. Now she is pakistan and we need to enroll my son on his grandfather medicle insurance. How to get same ssn no. I hope i clear my point`

Is the son in the USA? Does the grandfather have legal custody/ guardianship?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
