B1/B2 Chances after I130 petition

My chances for B1/B2 visa?

PD - May 16-2014 (My sister in law applied for my wife (F4) and we are the dependents)

Visited US 4 times in 2000/2001/2012.

Last Visa expired last month (5 years multiple B1/B2)

With above profile, applying again this month. My concern is that I130 petition will have negative impact on my application or not?

Could be 15 years for a F4 to come due, so no immediate intent. I do not think it matters, not saying it could not be used as a convenient reason.

I am not prescient, an approval or a denial, you got one before and behaved so that must help.

P.d. aug 4 2014 here for IR category. Got the 10yr b1/b2/bcc visa renewal without interview.

I believe my travel history and telling the truth helped. But I am aware I still have to convince officers at POE that I will not stay and adjust stTud..
