Does anyone know what are the other numbers to contact Manila Us embassy . I've tried this number 02 301 2000 many times.It was always busy.by the way im from Cebu city phils.

That is common for that number, I have two more listed in my link, along with a USA direct number if your fiance wants to call.

Hi Jecel... That was my dilemma four days ago. However, after thirty minutes of trying to call that number several times, I was able to finally get through. I believe there are large volume of calls to the embassy everyday. I am from Cebu also. Just keep on dialling until someone answers you.

I had better success at email. Even when you get through on the phone, the people who answer are typically low level people who don't have the knowledge to answer your question.

If you send email it takes 7 to 10 days to get an answer, but it will at least be answered by somebody who has the correct answer.
