You guys are messing up this great topic....please no more fighting. We are in this together. I understand that everyone might have tentions because of waiting for their touches, noa2, etc. Keep this topic as positive as possible. I need all the karma/luck I can get.

I am glad this thread has gotten back on track. So far its been really good for keeping your chin up. I'm so excited!

By the way Stereodevil, I think you have been very helpful and I don't think your comment about Canada was rude or arrogant either. If Fukarse thinks it or any other country is better then he should take off. Its so easy to be a huge jerk and hide behind your username, isn't it?

10/18/2007 Sent entire AOS, EAD, AP package to Chicago

10/19/2007 Package received in Chicago- signed for by V Bustamante

10/25/2007 NOA1 for AOS, EAD, and AP.

10/26/2007 Check cashed.

11/28/2007 Biometrics appointment in Denver.

12/17/2007 EAD card production ordered!

12/27/2007 EAD card arrives.

12/31/2007 AP approved.

01/07/2008 AP received.

02/01/2008 AOS interview in Denver. APPROVED!

02/11/2008 Green Card received in mail!

Done until July 09' !

well, the USC&I website shows an update on 3/28/2007 for our application with an original K-1 NOA1 date of 1/8/2007, but when I go to my hotmail account which we registered with the service for email notification, the MSN mail server is down.

don't know if it is just a touch or a NOA2 notice

now the USC&I website has posted this message on my account

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On March 28, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I guess this means we have received the NOA2

this is for an original NOA1 date of 1/8/2007 for a K1 visa filed thru TSC to CSC

5/18/07: Packet 3 faxed to Embassy

5/22/07: Packet 3 sent via courier

5/30/07: Wendy receives packet 3 (Good thing we used the shortcut)

6/04/07: Packet 4 received

7/03/07: Medical appt. scheduled

7/05/07: Interview!!!! VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!

7/09/07: Visa in hand!!!

7/11/07: Point of Entry at LAX, complete success!!!!!!!!!!

11/21/06 My parents came to visit and we're officially engaged

11/30/06 Returned to USA

1/26/07 I129f Sent

1/29/07 NAO1

5/1/07 Touched!

5/2/07 Touched again

5/16/07 Learn from my senator's office that petition was approved two weeks ago. NVC says case was received 5/14 and should be sent to the embassy today.

You know the first time I did a fiance visa in 2000 there was no system to look at your case, and you just waited to get a postal letter. Somehow I could just put it out of my mind and then in the box it was like surprise.

Now I look at that case update way too much and it is driving me crazy. HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH.

Not saying I want to go back to the old style, just looking at it humorously as I stare down at the page and try to will it to change to "Approved" hahahaahahahaah.

Hahahahahaha. Yeah your time is coming any day now. This morning the first notice I didn't get an email, the second one I did and it was around 5:30 CST. I hope everyone gets approved quickly.
